2008 Minutes 2007 Minutes 2006 Minutes 2005 Minutes 2004 Minutes 2003 Minutes Current Month: Council Highlights: April 13, 2010 Treasurer's Report - Offering is still down The primary business of the meeting was Stewardship and budget. The theme this year is: We Walk by Faith. All committees submitted their requests and so council went through the entire budget from income to expenses finally ending with an income/expense difference of $1,000. The May meeting follows Consecration Sunday and the budget will be finalized for mailing to the congregation. The Congregational Meeting is June 13 which is also VBS Sunday. We are signed up to work the Bronco concession stands. Miller farms has declined to put up a farmer's market at St. John's, we may try other area farms. Approved Worship & Music request to purchase new microphones. Approved Property request for $500 to repair lighting problems around church. Council meets next on Tuesday, May 11 at 7:00 p.m. Committee reports are due in council boxes on Sunday, May 9. Budget requests are due in Mike Miller's box on Sunday, May 2. Council minutes from this meeting are posted in Fellowship Hall. |
